SIMA software integrates seamlessly with most time and attendance systems for easy payroll submission. SIMA provides tracking services for paid time off, disability, vacation, and leave as well as employee expenses. With every processing, manager reports are generated by department, individual, and in total. Journal entry, employee earnings history, and a checkbook register are also reported. As needed, SIMA prepares worker’s compensation reports for annual insurance audits. All reports can be viewed online through our secure portal or can be delivered by electronic mail or hard copy.
